Tamalyn Meller - Specializing in Trauma, Eating Disorders, and Anxiety
As a pre-licensed clinician in Atlanta, I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy designed to help you break free from the barriers keeping you stuck. My empathetic approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we’ll identify areas where you feel stagnant, address past wounds, and create a path toward lasting growth. I partner with my clients to identify the areas of their lives where they feel stuck, find the beliefs and behaviors that keep them stagnant, address past wounds, and define goals to incite lasting change. Oftentimes, the very quality that holds us back at present is the quality that will be our superpower if we learn to use it adaptively.
